Antique black Baumann stool from the 50s/60s

Old beech and plywood stool. From baumann (stamped below). Black in color (i don't know if original or repainted). It is sold as is: with defects which give it its charm: lack of paint, wear on certain legs (lack of wood). One of the 4 pads is missing under one foot. Small veneer defects on the seat.
