Orange globe lamp pop Space Age

Vintage table lamp with a "Space Age" design, very characteristic of the 60s and 70s. The mushroom/globe shape and bright orange colour are typical of the design from this era. This style was extremely popular during the late 1960s and 1970s. This look is often associated with the Space Age/Pop Design movement. Opaline globe. Lacquered metal base. A vintage European piece from the 70s / very plausible Italian production. Small mark (see photo) on the bottom of the opaline, probably original. No chips. Small chips on the metal base (barely visible) but this adds to its vintage authenticity.
