The canvas without a frame measures 72/52 cm. The canvas with a frame measures 93/72 cm. Canvas signed lower left by the artist. The work is accompanied by a message on a card written by Jacques Petit. Jacques Petit is a French painter and engraver, post-impressionist, he was very inspired by the landscapes of the Jura. He was a student of Gromaire. He participated in numerous exhibitions in France and abroad and was one of the painters known as the second school of Paris. He died in Choisy-le-Roi in 2019.
