Antique wooden dressing table with marble top and mirror.

An antique dressing table with a mirror, a marble top, a drawer, and a small shelf. The mirror can be disassembled using 4 screws and will be taken apart to facilitate transport (upon receipt, simply have a flat-head screwdriver ready to reassemble it). The inside of the drawer is divided into two compartments to optimise storage. This dressing table has been carefully disassembled in a craftsman's workshop to allow for detailed stripping; it has been cleaned, sanded, and treated against wood-boring insects as a preventive measure with a natural product free from harmful components. The marble top has been repaired, reinforced, and revitalised. The mirror has been replaced with a new one. The wood is painted in the "Clairière" shade from the Colibri brand (natural and bio-sourced paint), and the inside of the drawer is protected with a bio-sourced matte oil that makes cleaning easier. This antique piece has undergone meticulous renovation. It is sturdy, stable, and quite heavy. For added authenticity, all the irregularities of the wood have been preserved under the paint, and there are very few. The marble top is very old, retaining a patina from time despite its renovation: old cracks are visible (all have been repaired), and it is yellowed in some areas (see photos). The mirror is new and in perfect condition. The drawer functions well.
