Tripp Trapp chair Stokke, 2000s

Tripp Trapp evolving chair, designed by Peter Opsvik for Stokke. Norway, circa 2000. Geometric Z-shaped structure made of two inclined side posts in natural varnished solid beech. Height and depth adjustable seat and footrest fitting into side grooves, connected by a set of metal and wooden spacers. Iconic Scandinavian design created in 1972 promoting ergonomics and child autonomy. Original label and markings present under the lower spacer. Good structural condition. Signs of use and light surface wear on the wood and varnish, consistent with age and use. Height: 78 cm. Width: 46 cm. Depth: 49 cm. Sent disassembled.
