Set of 4 chairs designed by torsten claesson for steneby hemslöjd, a swedish furniture manufacturer from the 1950s. These chairs are typical of the swedish "sport möbler" movement of the 1950s, which consisted of integrating rustic furniture inherited from swedish craftsmanship into homes in the stockholm archipelago. A movement popularized by designer axel einer hjorth. Excellent condition.
