Antique patinated oak dining table, 18th century

Antique beautifully patinated oak farmhouse dining table dating from the first half of the eighteenth century. Two drawers made from the original frieze were added at some time in the nineteenth century. The original stretchers on the outside of the table were also removed to create leg-room. One of them has been added to the middle to stabilise the table. Very well constructed, stable.
