Vintage bedside lamp

Bedside lamp, inscription under the lamp "teleambiance" and "model deposited". I sell it in the state, I plugged it in, but the bulb did not light, maybe it is necessary. Just change it... Mystery. The diameter of the domes is 18 cm, plastic, one white, the other red. The thickness of the lamp, between the two domes is 6cm. The total height of the lamp is 23 cm. The base of the lamp is an "almost equilateral" triangle with a height of 15.5cm. The materials that make it up are plastic, gold metal and golden brass for the screws and rods that hold the two domes. The lamp is not signed.
