Bailly Théroux Lacquered side table of Japanese inspiration late nineteenth century

Beautiful lacquered side table of japanese inspiration from the end of the 19th century. The plateau is finely lacquered and features a japanese-inspired landscape in relief, with birds, flowers and foliage, boats and a sunset over the mountains. This lacquered part is protected by a glass panel. This beautiful work of art can be attributed to the studio of bailly théroux. As for the table, it is made of walnut and richly carved, the spacers and studs are composed of openwork panels.
