Tapestry "The Garland of Fruits" after the painting by Pierre Paul Rubens. 128 X 174 cm. "The Garland of Fruits", also known as "The Crown of Fruits" or "The Fortune of Time", is an allegorical painting created jointly by Pierre Paul Rubens, Frans Snyders, and Jan Wildens in 1616-1617. In this canvas, Rubens depicts his children as putti, while Snyders executes the garland of fruits in the style of a still life, and Wildens completes the landscape painting in the background. The baroque motif of 17th-century Flemish painting is one of the most famous representations of putti in the history of art.
