Danish vintage pendant lamp Semi by Bonderup&Thorup, 1968

The semi lamp was designed in 1968 as the product of a creative partnership between claire bonderup and torsten thorup. Bonderup and thorup wanted to create a lamp with sharp, clean lines and a geometric shape. In the 1980s, the lamp was a great success, becoming the best-selling danish design at the time and gaining worldwide recognition and iconic status. This is an original piece produced by fog og morup. Dimensions: Diameter 47cm. Height 23cm. The lamp is in good condition, traces of patina, yellowed underneath. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. The lamp comes with a new metal canopy. The lamps are shipped from denmark.
