Ceiling chandelier with tassels

Small ceiling light with a brass-plated bronze pendant and a shaped glass pendant known as icicles. Good condition, some pendants are missing but not very visible. Provide a fastening system. Ceiling light not electrified, it is the bulb wire that slides into the ceiling light. Period circa 1900.
