19th century, solid oak kneading trough on a removable base with a lid. Rustic pegged base with slanted legs. Large volume, protective finish on the inside made from wax and vegetable oils, suitable for food contact. Top tray made of 4 25 mm thick boards. Very old piece of furniture marked by time and use, lovely natural patina, generally good, stable and robust structure.
