2 chairs + 1 vintage shepherd's stool

Set of two chairs and a straw-stuffed stool, made of painted wood, from the early 20th century. Originating from an old Pyrenean summer sheepfold, these three "brutalist" seats reflect an ancestral pastoral craftsmanship full of charm. The legs have retained the beautiful natural curves of tree branches, complemented by the weaving of twisted rush seating... one made do with what nature provided! Beneath the bright yellow, an old "cart" blue emerges, which seems to have been their original colour. Overall good condition, the price is for the set. Height at the back approximately 95 cm, seat height 43 cm, width x depth = 47 x 48 cm. Stool: height 42 cm, width x depth = 34 x 34 cm.
