This imposing pyrity sandstone ceramic is signed by the studio of Charles Gaudry (Grès de Puisaye, Burgundy), a French painter and ceramicist known for his creations of sandstone pieces. The pitcher, in perfect condition, is made of pyrity sandstone and dates back to the 1970s. Round and generous lines, pretty details in the ceramic work, warm and nuanced colors, a beautiful vintage ceramic from Gaudry workshops. Struck in the lower part of the stamp of the Charles Gaudry workshops (photo). Height: 24 cm - body diameter at the widest (without the handle): 17 cm -diameter of the base: 10 cm - diameter of the collar: 9 cm - Weight: 1, 2 kg. 20th century - 1970s.
