Beautiful antique serving dish with original glass insert, silver plated handle and knife, and jam pot, made by the prestigious silversmith george waterhouse & co sheffield, established at 75 carver street, sheffield. Hallmarked 1891. Numbered 2613 and marked 'made in england'. A very versatile piece, suitable as a butter dish, cheese dish, jam dish, compote dish or gravy boat.
