1900 adjustable swan neck lamp

1900 desk lamp composed of a gilded brass base and a glass shade (original). The base features double adjustment for height and rotation around the axis. It has been re-electrified: E14 screw socket and cord with switch (bulb not included). The underside of the base is weighted to ensure stability (original). This is an authentic early 20th-century lamp (not a reproduction from the 1980s). Very good overall condition, the brass has been carefully cleaned and has regained a beautiful bright hue (some minimal signs of use), the glass shade is in very good condition (no chips or cracks, some tiny nicks at the neck but invisible under the brass grip). Base dimensions: diameter 14cm. Total height 47.5cm (top of the ring). Shade diameter: 16cm. Carefully packaged for shipping.
