Rare 1st edition one-legged table, designed by jasper morrison in 1986 and manufactured by cappellini italy. The table was originally designed in 1986 for an apartment in kensington, u.k. It is one of his very first designs. In 1989 cappellini put the table into production. This particular table is from 1998 and is never used. The original wooden package is still with it. The table has a light grey welded steel frame and a glass top. Minimal and graceful at the same time. The one-legged table is a timeless object and it fully expresses morrison’s design philosophy: eliminating the superfluous without trivialising the object. The table is excellent condition. Never used.
