For sale: vintage cheese platter (or presentation dish/serving tray) in ceramic. Authentic French ceramic marked on the back "F.P.P. VALLAURIS France M. 23". Decoration: trompe-l'œil vegetal motif representing an arrangement of green leaves on a textured yellow/ochre background, typical of the barbotine/majolica style of Vallauris. Equipped with a twisted black wrought iron handle for easy transport and serving. Ideal as a cheese platter, cookie/mignardises dish, or as a vintage decorative piece on a buffet or kitchen credenza. Very good overall vintage condition (see photos). Beautiful glaze shine and well-preserved colors.
