Its length of 120 cm makes it a particularly sought-after TV unit or low living room furniture, as it fits very well into contemporary interiors. • The work of solid elm: The very graphic grain visible on the drawer front is typical of the European elm chosen by Chapo. • The corner assembly: This technical detail, known as "48x72 assembly" or cross joint with its recessed hexagonal screw head, is the absolute signature of the cabinetmaker, which immediately guarantees the authenticity of the structure in the eyes of experts. • The general condition: The wood appears healthy, with no major water stains or deep sun discolouration, which is an excellent point for maintaining a high value.
