Bistro chair japy curved wood & old cannage

Pretty bistro chair in curved beech and engraved cannage japy france. The seat has a natural color cannage of origin in very good condition, there are 2 strands of broken on 2 cm barely visible in the photos. The structure has beautiful assemblages and a very nice red brown patina, the top of the backrest in the shape of a club. It is in good condition with wear on the waxed patina many times during its existence: -) The curved wood technique was developed in 1850-1900 by thonet but also by baumann, fischel, kohn, hofmann, etc. It is large in size, the dimensions are 90 cm for height, the seat height is 47 cm. The width of the backrest is 44 cm, that of the seat 41 cm and its seat depth is 43.5 cm.
