Opaline glass pendant light by Bent Karlby, Denmark, 1950

Chinese lantern-style pendant light with two rings at each end, one screwed in place to hold a white glass shade, the other removable to access the bayonet-type bulb (maximum 75 watts). 30 cm high x 21 cm in diameter. A fairly rare model in excellent condition.
