Natural history plate "The Butterflies of Europe", after Pietro Scattaglia, 18th century

Reproduction on panel of an old engraving signed in the plate, inspired by an original from the 18th century after Pietro Scattaglia, enhanced with watercolor. The plate is offered in a gilded wooden frame inspired by Louis XVI, under anti-UV treated glass. The frame measures 58 cm high by 41 cm wide. The engraving is in excellent condition.
