Coachman's or cab's lamp

Old coachman's or cab's lamp. A cab lamp is a removable lantern with a long tube base, they were inserted into a fixed support placed at each end of the carriages in order to provide lighting either with a candle or with oil. This model is old, it is on a metal structure with a round golden part on the front, a window on each side, a small golden hat on the top and a foot allowing it to be placed on a support. Inside, an e27 bayonet socket accommodates a bulb, and as the photos show it works very well. On the other hand, it shows traces of corrosion, see the photos, this gives it an undeniable vintage side, placed inside the house it will provide soft light with a lot of originality.
