Magnificent suspended chandelier with 6 arms, an iconic piece of Austrian design from the 1960s, attributed to the famous Kalmar house (Vienna). This light fixture stands out with its six textured glass diffusers in "Ice Glass" (like crushed ice). The glasswork is exceptional: solid, it captures light to create a warm and sparkling atmosphere without any harsh shadow areas. The structure is made of gilded brass, offering a chic and timeless contrast to the mineral transparency of the glass. Features: • Origin: Austria (Kalmar / Franken style). • Era: Circa 1960-1970. • Materials: Brass and solid moulded glass. • Condition: Beautiful vintage condition. The brass structure shows a light patina consistent with its age (a testament to its authenticity). The glass pieces are in excellent condition, with no chips. • Electricity: Works perfectly (standard E14 sockets, bulbs included). An ideal centrepiece for a living room, dining room, or entrance with a refined design. It fits well in both vintage and contemporary interiors.
