Franta Anyz desk lamp

Desk lamp designed by Jaroslav Anyz and produced by Franta Anyz in Prague in the 1930s. This is a rare modernist table lamp with an adjustable arm on a chrome-plated metal ball joint and a truncated cone-shaped shade. The metal is patinated, which explains the object's yellow coloring. The base is weighted, making it heavy and stable. An emblematic model of Czech modernist design. Marked on the base "Patent 47046." Height: 39 cm. Weight: 4 kg.
