Wilkhahn 190 office chair by Hans Roericht

This office chair wilkhahn model 190, in a wonderful shade of blue with a deep black shell, is in very good condition. Only the shell shows minimal signs of wear on the back. The height adjustment works perfectly. The 190 model was designed by hans roericht in the late 1970s. Classic in the 70s design. More than 100 years ago, the wilkhahn company was founded by friedrich hahne and christian wilkening as a chair factory. In 1946 contact was established with the deutsche werkstätten with the designers georg leowald and herbert hirche, who work in the bauhaus tradition. Since then, wilkhahn has been one of the premium manufacturers of office furniture.
