Charles Pollock Knoll Brown Leather Office Chair - Without Armrests

THE HISTORY & DESIGN The essential Executive office chair by Charles Pollock for Knoll, offered here in a minimalist version without armrests. This is an early edition featuring the very first four-legged base, increasingly difficult to find. Seat height: 45 cm. Materials: Brown leather, plastic shell, chrome trim. Base: 4 legs on glides (1st edition). CONDITION REPORT The chair shows signs of wear. The leather seat is of excellent quality; however, it has cracks. The trim is no longer chrome-plated. The chrome on the cruciform base is pitted in places. This wear is entirely normal given the age of this first edition, which does not detract from its sturdiness or appearance.
