Anfibio sofa by Italian design by Alessandro Becchi for Giovannetti, Italy. Designed in 1971. Original cognac leather upholstery. The Chair can fall back and reveal a Sheepskin Mattress and can now be used as bed or day bed. In 1972, the Anfibio has been selected for the collection of the Museum of contemporary art MOMA in New York. He won the most prestigious design awards in the same year, he was discovered by Playboy America which made it an icon. In the following years, he became a part of the design collection of 12 other museums of contemporary art worldwide.
