Sacha Ketoff, the French Lucellino lamp
Sacha Ketoff (1949-2014) is a French designer of the 1980s, whose lighting production embodies the moment of Parisian signature design of the decade. An architect by training, he signed for Aluminor and other French publishers table lamps, floor lamps and sconces where architectural rigour combined with great formal sensitivity. His W.O. lamp (Wings of Imagination) in aluminium, presented at the Furniture Salon in 1989, remains his signature piece and a classic of 1980s French design.
