Tadashi Ohashi botanical plank, 1960

On 170g ivory coated paper and a cheerful frame, it is the four-colour print of an illustration of a wild flower. Illustration made in the 1960s by Tadashi 'Hashi famous Japanese graphic designer (1916-1998). Multi rewarded; plants and sailors were their prediction themes. He illustrated fish, crustaceans, vegetables, roots, fruits... interpretation is very personal and graphic and not with a scientific and pedagogical purpose as in the 19th century.
