Description
Tuki sconces are a great example of Postmodern design. Based on classical proportions, they are painted in a shade of pearly pearl white that makes them very elegant. Kazuhide Takahama studied architecture in Tokyo and works in Kazuo Fuioka's agency. Arriving in Italy in 1957 during the Milan Triennial, he met Dino Gavina with whom he undertook a long collaboration. In contact with the most active Italian designers, he develops, in this environment of cultural exchanges, a stylistic vocabulary that will become more and more defined.
