Flour jar with sieve 1880

This spice pot for flour is a rarity. Made in france in the saint uze region around 1880, this flour container in light grey sandstone, with cobalt blue flower patterns, is complete, with its lid and sieve. In perfect condition, note a slight crack under the sieve as well as the usual wear marks due to time. Height 16 cm. 11 cm diameter. Weight 800g. The "vintage" objects are not new, they have known 1000 lives and they have a history. These items may show signs of wear or use. It is this patina that makes them so precious and thanks to which we recognize their age.
