Haussmannian door 72.7x221cm

Beautiful communication door of 72.7cm by 221cm (and 3cm thick), glass impost, painted on one side in beige and in several colors on the other having been condemned at one time, with its entire disassembled chamber whose studs "exceed" 7cm below and 24.5cm above the frame of the impostor, the top was "inserted" at the ceiling, possibility of inserting bricks or panel above the impost to preserve the full height, the bottom fixed in the flaps of a floor. Having the "exceeding" chambers at the top and bottom makes it easy to adapt to a pose on any type of floor: parquet flooring, heated floor, tiling, etc. Adaptable in dimensions on the height of its chassis. All 19th, haussmannian type, ground on both sides identically. The carpentry assembly is classic with flat panels, mortaises and ankles. Fine and elegant moldings in the door frame, taken over the frames. Solid and important carpentry, door 3cm thick, chassis of 50mm, and chassis with moldings 11cm thick on the right side and 7cm on the left. The moulded frame measures 90cm by 272cm (from the top of the painted frame to under the baseboards). This door and its carefully disassembled frame are formerly painted, not veiled, the door closes properly, and despite some rare snags, some places where the paint flakes and the lack of glazier putty at the impostor, visible in the photos, are in very nice condition, dismantled and stored in the shelter. This door has its lock (we don't have the key...) and a clean plate. The first 2 photos are the front and back of the door. Total dimensions: 303.5cm high, 90cm wide and 11cm deep.
