In the 40s, a great cabinetmaker embarked on the realization of kitchen furniture in series. The chosen design was so successful that it began to be reproduced and adapted to competing houses and cabinetmakers. It is in two bodies, in its upper part a large closet on the whole width with an inner shelf. A fine mesh covers the doors. In the center two pantry and a niche (the bottom of the niche has a small swelling of the wood that has been treated and does not spoil anything (this is the charm of vintage). In the lower part a large closet on the entire width, two other smaller cupboards and two drawers. The doors at the bottom close with keys (one of the keys presented is different from the other two). The feet of the buffet are neat and coquettish. It will add cheerfulness to your kitchen. At the end of the second world war, the mado buffet suddenly became fashionable. For its original and retro design on the one hand, but also for its practicality. At the time, the kitchen by element is synonymous with modernity and all women want their mado buffet! But the "real" mado sideboard, short for "maison dominique" and which is also a french registered trademark, stood out from its competitors thanks to its meticulous manufacture with a spinning top and its composition in veneer panels and solid pine.
