Flemish frame italy XVII eme guilloche illumination decor of foliage

This setting is of late sixteenth or early seventeenth period. Probably flemish, it is a guilloché decoration with gilded illuminations, decorated with foliage. You can admire the finesse, décor, quality and precision. The moldings are obviously made of wood, the guilloché décor is very beautiful, very precise. There are gaps as you can see, especially in the corners, inside the frame, traces of old cossons (treated so nothing prohibitive), missing angles, scratches, wear and friction. It probably contained a copper painting. The most annoying being the guilloché chopsticks it is of very beautiful workmanship, it is mounted on an imposing oak panel. Weight is important.
