Ultra rare piano lamp--code name 638/01 designed by JJ Hoogervorst to Anvia presented in the catalogue of 1957... barely visible on the market. The lamp is in very good condition. The cover has no dents or scratches. The paint is original and ends on the round foot in some places. The lamp works, only 2 feet have been replaced in the past.
