Vintage danish blue light metal lamp. mid century danish metal

Lighting is always a very serious and delicate subject when decorating an environment. Direct or indirect light, warm light or cold light, lighting has the ability to interfere with the comfort of any environment. So it is always important to choose the type of lighting and adjust it to the type of environment we want to provide. In this sense the ceiling lighting can be essential and should be very well thought out. This ceiling lamp is of danish origin. It is original from the 60s, in metal with a tone between blue and purple, I honestly do not know how to define it very well. It consists of a single disc where the outside has the blue color and the inside is white to better reflect the light. The composition is very simple between sizes of discs or lampshade. The electrical cable is in white fabric. It is an original lamp, it has only been cleaned and treated, nothing has been changed, the electrical part was just checked to make sure it was working. And so, it is working at 220 volts on the portuguese/european system, with thick-capped bulbs. I think this electrical system is different outside europe. Outside europe, it may need to be adapted and/or the electrical installation remade. The measurements below confirm the size of the lamp, which I consider to be large. This lamp is in good vintage condition. Although the paint is still very bright, there are some marks and wear from time and use. On the inside the white is slightly yellowed and even with other scratches and marks. On the top on the bush parts, for example, there are small rust spots that are not visible but are there. As I said, all parts are original, nothing was replaced, because all parts are in good condition.
