French vintage white glass plaformer ceiling light hanging chains & rose

French art deco round glass plaformer ceiling light dates from the late 1930/ 1940s. The shade is in opaque plain glass and sits neatly into a round brass frame. The shade hangs from three long brass chains with decorative hooks at the top which hang from a central piece and large round decorative cup style ceiling fitting. In the centre of the shade are three bars with the bulb holders which are attached to the round frame with three decorative brass buttons. The light has french twin core braided wiring and takes 3 standard bayonet bulb b22. The glass shade is complete with no cracks.the glass does have some air bubbles which is common in glass from this era. The chains and framework are in good vintage condition with a deep aged patina and marks reminiscent of age.
