Description
This superb art deco pitcher is made of earthenware. Coming from a czech or germanic manufacture, it is decorated with stylized roses in art deco style. The décor is in the taste jugendstyl secession, see wiener werkstatte. On a celadon green background, this large broc is decorated with stenciled roses. The set dates from the 1920s. Large in size, the pitcher measures 30 X 24 cm, Both elements are marked "emma - g.s zellah". I report splinters on the broc.
