Victoria Ware English iron earth pitcher

Magnificent large old pitcher from the Victoria Ware brand, English manufacture, 1850-1899, terracotta-celadon tinted ironstone with cobalt transfer, rim of the neck patterned friezes in an Asian style, body decorated with an urban scene in the colonial style. Rounded shape, large spout and large, rounded, fine handle. 16.5cm total height, 21-22cm total width spout+handle, approximately 15cm max. diameter. Stamped under its base. Perfect condition, no chips or cracks, some limescale marks inside the neck, very discreet. 1,500kg approximately.
