Set of 4 Mcintosh Chairs made of Teak and Beige fabric, UK, circa 1970

Dining chairs by the scottish firm a.h. Mcintosh & co in teak wood. Beautiful mid century design that we fit into the era of greatest splendor of the firm. With a very marked influence of the scandinavian design of the mid-twentieth century, they are built as robust and very stable chairs, with a wide seat and a slight curvature in their special backrest to achieve perfect ergonomics. They are reupholstered in a cotton footpeg that draws a herringbone weaving thick threads in white and beige. They are in excellent condition since the wood has been restored and its upholstery has been replaced. They have very slight marks and scars according to their age.
