Myer bentwood coffee table with glossy black top

This is a stylish vintage coffee table which dates to the 1960s. It is an unusual and striking piece which will suit a vintage or modern interior. The table was made by myer and is made of beech and plywood with an unusual bentwood top which tilts up at either end. There is a small makers label to the underside of the table. The table is fairly low and compact and is set on slanted legs which are strengthened with a useful undertier. The table top has been refinished in a glossy black hardwearing polish and the base has been left in the natural wood finish. Condition. The table is in solid structural condition. The gloss top has a few marks to the finish. Measurements. Height- 36cms at the lowest point rising to 39cms at either end. Width-112.5cms. Depth- 38cms. The measurements are taken at the widest points.
