"antique kashkuli qashqai / southwest persian carpet circa 1900." Unique medallion in ivory, exceptional design and color, surrounded by a field filled with boteh. Note the beautifully drawn main border. Original checkerboard finish at both ends. The carpet is very thin with a very detailed design, the colors are of the highest possible quality. Dimensions: 210x115 cm. Condition: low wool, wear in some places. A stain on the upper central part of the medallion overflowing a little outside. The carpet is slightly misshapen like all nomadic carpets. The carpet was professionally washed. A superb collector's exhibit, a first-rate tribal weaving.
