Bust Beethoven by M. Bouraine 1948

Terracotta bust of marcel-andré bouraine, french sculptor (1886-1948), depicting beethoven. One of the artist's very last works, signed on the side and dated inside (21/1/48). Beautiful bust, all in motion, very alive. Good condition, note a small crack without depth near the signature, not visible from the front (see photo). Height: 31 cm, width: 23 cm, depth: 19 cm. Weight: 2.7 kg.
