Set of 2 salad bowls and a salt shaker, rosenthal, studio linie

Rare set of 2 small salad bowls (or large bowls) stamped rosenthal germany, and a small salt shaker. The two salad bowls are identical in size and everything is in perfect condition. This set is made of glazed ceramic, in gray-blue and navy blue colors. The design is by hertha bengtson, a famous swedish ceramist whose creations are exhibited at the national museum of arts and design in stockholm. This model was created in 1970, at the request of studio linie de rosenthal, a department of the german manufacturer which regularly collaborates with recognized artists and designers. These objects are part of the caldo freddo series, marino model. The salt shaker closes hermetically with a plastic cap, also stamped. It has never been used. Dimensions: salad bowls: diameter 16 cm and height 10 cm salt shaker: diameter 6 cm and height 8 cm.
