Bar Furniture

I think I really struggle with furniture that is too fresh. I like modernity too much for that. It's in my dna. A clever mix of styles. I've already said it here, people will end up believing that I have a fetish, but furniture legs have a lot of effect on me. And this piece of furniture has what it takes where it matters. When I got it back, I imagined it as a vinyl turntable cabinet. But I quickly came to the conclusion that there wouldn't be enough storage. So get rid of the idea. And why not a bar cabinet with this interior height. For the color, I already knew: eggplant. Selection maison sarah lavoine for resource. Simplicity was needed; so I removed the drawer handles and the lock face. Too many frills. The same goes for the bottom of the furniture, too many details in the sculptures. So I resealed some of them. A nice regular sanding, undercoat, three coats of paint for more depth, two coats of satin varnish and this magnificent wallpaper that I love. So chic. What do you think?.
