Decorative plate in Gien earthenware nineteenth century

Superb decorative earthenware plate from the french manufacture of gien. This beautiful plate of the nineteenth century is stamped gien, signed in hollow 000 X and yellow paint 95 corresponding to the number of the decoration. It has a renaissance décor on a white background. It depicts flowered vases and the face of a child endowed by the wings of an eagle extended by stylized rosettes. The plate is in very good condition. Size: Diameter of 23 cm. Height of 2.4 cm. Weight of 410 grams.
