Contemporary design. 2010. Remix Sideboard, publisher: The Hansen Family. Award: Red Dot Design Award 2010 This Scandinavian sideboard/sideboard is part of the remix collection and was designed by gesa hansen. Inspired by the interior of the Scandinavian folk boat's shipbuilding, it is reminiscent of the wink hull of classic boats. To create these unique pieces, gesa hansen collects locally sourced oak and makes each item by hand. The sideboard 2 cupboards with easy-to-open shelves, with sloping facades, and four storage compartments, all sitting in a solid oak body.
