Pair of wall sconces / Torchlight candlesticks with 2 arms of light Louis XV style / Rocaille

Pair of wall sconces / bougeoirs torches with 2 arms of light louis XV style / rocaille of leafy shape (twisted intertwined leaves) in bronze with old gold patina in 2 tones of gold, gilded with the original mercury. Each wall lamp is composed of 1 central branch decorated with floral motifs and acanthus leaves and 2 lateral branches in the form of rinceaux (vegetable arabesques & stem developing in volutes and against volutes decorated with foliage and flowers). Cups and bobèches decorated with acanthus leaves. Chiseling work finely and carefully done in the 50s for a very shabby chic / rococo rendering. Dimensions/height 31 cm. Width from cobble to bobb. 24 cm. Diameter candles. 2.5 cm. Total net weight. 2 kg 300. Tb state. Some slight traces of wear in view of the age not very visible as a whole, which does not alter the charm of these very important articles.
